Thank you for shopping with us at caro-editions.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from our warehouse located in Copenhagen. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days during sales or promotions for your order to dispatch. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping.
Shipping prices: Denmark: 59 DKK, Europe: 20€ - 40€, International: 20€ - 50€.
Free shipping is applied to all DK orders above 1500 DKK.
Free Shipping on EU and US orders above €300 does not apply to: Andorra, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Local pick-up in our store at Borgergade 17B, 1300 Copenhagen is possible during the store's opening hours. The store is open Thursday & Friday from 12-18 and Saturday from 11-16. Please note that the store might be closed on public holidays.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. In that case please contact us at info@caroeditions.com to make a claim.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
For in-store purchases it is not possible to get a refund. You can return your purchase for an exchange or store-credit.

- Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to us. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us, and we, therefore, recommend you send the package as a traceable shipment.
- As soon as we have processed your return or exchange you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles) you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of your parcel at our warehouse.
Specifics about returns and exchanges within Denmark
Caro Editions does not cover return and exchange expenses nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at caro-editions.com unless you return the full order.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of return and exchange articles until their package has been returned to us at the address above. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to Caro Editions. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us.
Specifics about returns and exchanges outside Denmark
CARO Editions does not cover return and exchange expenses internationally, nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at caro-editions.com. For international customers, we recommend using DHL, FedEx, or UPS to make sure that they are traced and insured during transit. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles), you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending your parcel to us.
Returns and exchanges from the UK
Please note that due to Brexit, it's important you indicate on the package that you are returning a package to a company, and not a private person, by marking the package: Caro Editions, Webshop Returns. We’re still getting to grips with the new requirements, so if you do experience any problems, please contact our customer care team at info@caroeditions.com.
Claims
All articles are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods Law, giving customers 24 months to file a complaint on an item. As a customer, you can complain about defects or deficiencies that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects, deficiencies, or wearing are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear the right to a complaint is rejected.
